Ever since I returned back to Malaysia in 2013, i hardly shop at local Malls except for staples and everyday things, of course. I found out that a lot of my favorite stuff i.e clothes, handbags, shoes, designer’s brands, etc. are quite pricey in Malaysia, what more with the current GST implementation by our dear Government and to our rapidly falling Ringgit (“sigh”). With the current economic downfall, I believe we have to shop smart, save smart & live smart.

I am blessed to have relatives and friends staying in every corner of the world (especially those in the UK & US) can help me to buy things at much reasonable price. Not only that I shop for myself, I also extend my shopping passion to relatives & close friends and since I have been receiving a lot of queries from customers seeking help to purchase especially from United States, this has inspired me to start up a service to help others to buy from there.

Now with Busybeeroom US Shopping (B.U.S)  we can buy for you from almost any online site that ships to the United States for an awesome price! However for a starter, we start with  few selected stores as mentioned below. We hope to widen our list of stores in due course and in fact we might add a new feature i.e go to the store in person to purchase your item.

HOW IT WORKS?

1. Email B.U.S (busybeeroom@gmail.com) for a description, quantity of item desired, product number, and total price including shipping to US Address & tax (if any) hereinafter referred as “Item Cost”. 

*B.U.S will send you an Initial Invoice via email to pay for Item Cost & our service charges.

2. B.U.S (US) will make the purchase within 24hours once we have received the full payment for Initial Invoice.

*B.U.S (US) will attempt at best efforts to make a custom purchase before an item sells out. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a purchase can be completed before they sell out. In this case, all payments will be refunded.

3. B.U.S (US) receives the parcel and we will contact you detailing the weight and the cost to ship within 24 hours of delivery arrival at our US Address. We will pay for your shipping cost in advance.

* The custom declaration form (CN22) will be filled in on your behalf. B.U.S (US) however is not going to open or check the content of the package.

4. B.U.S (US) sends the parcel to B.U.S (MY) via Air Mail & the delivery to Malaysia may take approximately 10 - 35 days from the date of posting.

5. B.U.S (MY) receives the parcel & will open & re-pack your package if necessary.

* B.U.S will send you Final Invoice which includes shipping cost & local custom tax, duty (if any).

6. Once B.U.S (MY) receives the Final Payment in full, your item will be sent to you via Pos Laju.

7. If the parcel does not reach B.U.S (MY) within the time frame (10-35 days), B.U.S MY shall require another extra time of 14 days waiting, and if the parcel is still not arrived, B.U.S MY shall process a full refund to you.

PAYMENT METHOD:-

1)       INITIAL INVOICE

Item price + local shipping cost to US address (hereinafter referred as “Item Cost”) and B.U.S service charges - must be paid before we proceed with the order.

·       No charge at all if order is canceled by merchant (for example if product is not available).

·      No risk for you. If B.U.S (US) don’t receive products from merchant you will get full refund.

2)       FINAL INVOICE

Shipping Charges & Custom Duties (if any)- must be settled once your item reaches B.U.S (MY) and before we proceed with Pos Laju posting to your postal address.

PEGGED EXCHANGE RATE

B.U.S operates with a pegged exchange rate system, month to month basis. This means that our currency(RM) to US Dollar is fixed for a month period (30 days).

Please check Busybeeroom Currency Rate column on the left side to determine the item cost in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

B.U.S pegged currency is inclusive bank fees and also paypal fees (if any).
