Return Policy (MiZu Coll.)
I take a huge amount of care to accurately describe and photograph all of the items but I do know how difficult it is to buy online, without having seen/touched/tried something beforehand and even colours can be hard to accurately gauge, with different monitors displaying differing intensities of shade, which can make all the difference to whether you like something or not.
I hereby offer no-quibble 10 day return period for a refund or exchange on all items fall under the new label “MiZu Coll.” only.
The terms and conditions are stated below :
- - Return policy applies for item labeled under "MiZu Coll." only.
- - Email me at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt (as per Pos Laju tracking record) and let me know you are sending the item back.
- - The item should then be returned within 10 calendar days of original receipts (as per Pos Laju tracking record). For example, if you or your authorized person sign for the received package on May 1, the item need to reach me on May 11 at the latest.
- - The item must be returned back in the condition it was sent - with all original accompaniments and tag(s) intact and in their original packaging inclusive of aroma. Sadly Returns cannot be accepted from a smoking environment.
- - The customer is responsible for all return postage charges. For your protection, I suggest all returns be sent back to me through a traceable and trackable carrier as unfortunately I can't accept liability for any item lost in the post, sorry.
- - Please take note, re-stocking fees of RM 15.00 will be charged on each refund item returned.
- - However if you opt for an exchange, no re-stocking fees will be charged.
- - Full Refund (less the RM 15.00 re-stocking fees) and/or exchange are processed within five (5) business days of confirmation of receipt.
- - For exchange policy, if the exchanged item is in higher amount than the returned item, the difference shall be paid by the customer before the new exchange item can be posted.
- - If the exchange item is in lower amount than of the returned item, the difference will not be refunded to the customer.
- -Upon receipt of returned items, Busybeeroom reserves the right to deny refund and/or exchanged if the item does not meet return policy requirements.
